- After the purchasing process, you will receive an Email to confirm the process.
- The design department will contact you via Email or WhatsApp within 12 hours to collect all the details from you.
- The designs will be delivered to you in all the forms you needed within 24 hours after approval on the final proof, and it will be sent via Email.
- In the case of purchased publications, the delivery will vary between 1-7 days after the final approval, depending on the order itself. If the work needs more time, you will be inform via Email or Whats App.
- Printing colors may vary in no more than 7% from screen colors.
- Spelling adjustments is unlimited, on the other hand only 5 adjustments on the design is allowed.
- Pro brush is not responsible for any mistakes in the design after approving the final proof, therefore please check the designs very well.
- After the purchasing process and once the pro brush team started the work, the client has no right in cancelling the process and we are not obliged to pay back any payment made.
- Shipping fees may be added to any purchasing process from outside Jordan, according to the company fees, we will provide you with the details. In case the publications weighs more than 2 kg from inside Jordan, pro brush has the right to add extra fees.
